O-Smart Company was established in October of 2006. Its founders include Michael Tsai as well as many former key employees who worked in DOH (Taiwan FDA) and within the pharmaceutical industry. Their collective years of experience within the industry have given them abundant knowledge in the areas of pharmaceutical rules, examination and registry.

O-Smart Company is able to assess a pharmaceutical factory’s qualifications in light of current industry trends; therefore, O-Smart Company is able to assume a leadership role in all types of industry-related issues.

O-Smart Company’s slogan is \\\"WORK SMART and WORK HARD\\\". The company eagerly researches and studies the pharmaceutical field to discover newer and better medicines to meet the needs of the market via a network of international cooperation. Currently, O-Smart Company owns much of the latest information in the field and focuses its research on exploring medicines best suited for our country’s people. Through its continued work, O-Smart Pharmaceutical Company is now able to cooperate with many established pharmaceutical companies here in Taiwan as well as several in other countries.



O-Smart Company uses powerful business strategies along with business plan template. Currently, O-Smart holds more than 14 pharmaceutical licenses in Taiwan R. O. C. and has more than 40 new pharmaceutical drugs in the pipeline (in Research & Development, testing, or filing with DOH).






Since high quality pharmaceutical ingredients are the core of effective drugs, O-Smart has worked diligently to search for better global sources in order to produce drugs with high quality as well as reasonable price.



Looking at long-term goals, O-Smart Company is expecting to export its pharmaceutical products overseas; in the mean time, the company plans to import qualified and licensed finished pharmaceutical medicines into Taiwan for patients’ advanced medical care.
